Free consultation with a doctor of medicine – Neurologist
The Wyjść z Ciemności Foundation in Gdańsk is offering free neurological consultations for people in crisis — for those who have gone through or are currently going through difficult life experiences and are noticing physical symptoms.
There are moments in life when the tension doesn’t stop in your head, but starts to be felt in your body. There are moments when your stifled intuition demands to be heard through the body’s symptoms… It is screaming.
Pain, tremors, insomnia, a constant feeling of being overwhelmed, constant anxiety, a sense of depression…
It’s not ‘just stress’. It’s a signal from your nervous system.
A person is not just a body. They are also emotions, experiences, inner tensions and the way in which we experience life. Prolonged stress, difficult relationships or traumatic experiences often do not remain confined to the mind — over time, they begin to manifest physically.
At the Wyjść z Ciemności Foundation, we take a broader view of the human being. We believe that health is a state in which the body, emotions and inner sense of balance begin to work in harmony. As such, the neurological consultation project is just one part of a wider initiative — one that focuses on what is happening within the nervous system and the body.
During a one-to-one consultation with a doctor, you may also discuss further support options that can help you regain balance and stability in various areas of your life — physical, mental and emotional.
The consultation is being led by:
