At the Wyjść z Ciemności Foundation, we offer forms of therapy that have one thing in common – the belief that words are not the only path to recovery. Sometimes we need sound, colour or movement to reach places that language cannot.

Writing icons as a form of meditation and tranquillity. Sacred art helps to find inner peace.
