If necessary, we also go beyond the country's borders, cooperating with other foundations, associations, public institutions, the media, scientific and cultural circles, and Polish odpowiedzi na cierpienie, kt\u00f3re cz\u0119sto pozostaje niewidoczne, nienazwane i bagatelizowane.<\/p>\n\n<p>We deal with what happens between words, in relationships, in homes, in families and in the human psyche \u2014 where psychological violence, addictions and toxic bonds destroy self-esteem, security and identity.<\/p>\n\n<p>We believe that it is possible to emerge from darkness if a person is listened to, understood and equipped with the knowledge that allows them to name what they are experiencing.<\/p>\n\n<h2>The main areas of the Foundation's activity<\/h2>\n\n<h3>1. Mental health and recovery from crises<\/h3>\n\n<p>We work to protect the mental health of individuals:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>experiencing psychological and emotional violence,<\/li>\n  <li>living in toxic family or partner relationships,<\/li>\n  <li>affected by addiction (their own or that of loved ones),<\/li>\n  <li>experiencing identity and emotional crises.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>We show that a crisis is not a weakness, but a sign that change, support and a safe space for recovery are needed.<\/p>\n\n<h3>2. Counteracting psychological violence and gaslighting<\/h3>\n\n<p>One of the key areas of our activity is education on psychological violence, including phenomena such as:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>gaslighting,<\/li>\n  <li>emotional manipulation,<\/li>\n  <li>depreciation and belittling,<\/li>\n  <li>blaming others,<\/li>\n  <li>isolation and control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>We help people recognise violence, understand its mechanisms, and regain trust in their own emotions, thoughts, and boundaries.<\/p>\n\n<h3>3. Education, prevention and social skills<\/h3>\n\n<p>The Foundation conducts educational and preventive activities aimed at:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>young people,<\/li>\n  <li>adults,<\/li>\n  <li>families,<\/li>\n  <li>local communities,<\/li>\n  <li>schools, institutions and social organisations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>We teach:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>healthy relationships,<\/li>\n  <li>communication based on respect,<\/li>\n  <li>empathy as a social competence,<\/li>\n  <li>recognising early signs of violence and crisis,<\/li>\n  <li>responsibility for one's own boundaries and emotions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>4. Culture, art and words as tools for healing<\/h3>\n\n<p>We believe that words, images and art have therapeutic power.
